Do all the women know about each other?
It depends on the tier and the woman. Queens always know. Regulars usually know. Rotation often does not. The discretion architecture is designed per-woman based on what she signed up for.
How do you handle jealousy?
You don't suppress jealousy — you address it. Clear hierarchy, kept promises, and dedicated 1-on-1 time defuse most of it. The rest is frame: a woman is jealous because she values you. Honor that, then lead through it.
