The Six Pillars of A Mass Blast

A Mass Blast is not a permanent state. It is a 16-week sprint with a clear stack, a clear plate, a clear rep range, and a clear off-ramp. The structure is the difference between gaining 20 lbs of lean mass and trashing your liver for 8 lbs of fluff.

01 / BASE

Hormonal Substrate

TRT or higher therapeutic testosterone. Without a stable base, growth is borrowed and gets repossessed during PCT. Bloodwork before, mid-cycle, and after.

02 / STACK

Compound Selection

Test as the chassis. Lean tissue compounds layered on (typically nandrolone or boldenone for size, oral pulse for the final 6 weeks). The stack is selected for the goal, not the bro-folklore.

03 / PEPTIDES

GH & IGF Layer

GH releasing peptides (CJC/ipa, hexarelin) for nutrient partitioning, recovery, and connective tissue. The peptide layer protects the joints under the load the androgens enable.

04 / FOOD

Aggressive Surplus

5,500+ kcal floor for most men. 1.2 g/lb protein. Carbs around training. The fork is where the muscle is built. PEDs without food is performance-art chemistry.

05 / TRAINING

High-Volume Hypertrophy

Six sessions a week, push/pull/legs x2, 18-25 working sets per body part per week, 70-85% 1RM, 2-3 RIR. Track everything. Progressive overload is non-negotiable.

06 / OFFRAMP

Cruise & Consolidate

After week 16: cruise on TRT, drop the orals, taper peptides, hold the calories for 4-6 weeks to consolidate the gains, then plan the next cycle. Most men lose their gains because they offramp wrong.

How much can a natural lifter gain in 16 weeks?

A trained natural lifter typically caps at 2-4 lbs of new lean mass in 16 weeks. The Mass Blast is what enhanced lifters run when they want to clear that ceiling significantly. The right floor for an enhanced run is bloodwork-confirmed before any compound is touched.

Do I need to bulk to 25% body fat?

No. The Mass Blast surplus is engineered for lean mass, not fat. Most men gain 18-25 lbs of weight, of which 16-22 lbs is lean tissue if the cycle is run properly.

What's the safest version of this?

Test-only Mass Blast. Higher therapeutic test for 16 weeks, all the food and training, and excellent bloodwork monitoring. Most of the size is from this lever — additional compounds add diminishing returns at increasing risk.

Who shouldn't run this?

Anyone under 25, anyone with elevated baseline hematocrit, anyone with a family history of estrogen-receptor-positive cancers, and anyone who can't commit to the bloodwork. If you can't measure it, you can't run it.
