Table of Contents

Build your one-page biohacking decision brief

Work through this exercise on your own using the three lessons. You do not need a new product, a medical experiment or a live session with Tony. Keep your answers for yourself.

Suggested time: 15 minutes. Work at your own pace.

0–2 minutes · Choose a priority

Complete the goal sentence from Lesson 1. Make the outcome specific enough to observe.

2–5 minutes · Describe the starting point

Write an ordinary observation from your current routine. Name one way you could record it and one factor that could affect it.

5–8 minutes · Read the example

A person changes their training, bedtime, meals and supplements, then notices progress. Write what they know and what they cannot yet conclude.

8–11 minutes · Question a claim

Choose one claim you have seen. Record its promised benefit, the evidence you have actually inspected, and what is unknown.

11–15 minutes · Complete the decision brief

Write the question you would ask a qualified professional, plus one learning action such as reading a source or keeping a routine log. Check your answers against the rubric.

Example answer

They know what changed in their routine and what they observed. They cannot assign the outcome to one supplement from that information alone.

Completion check

  • The goal is clear enough to observe.
  • An observation is separated from an explanation.
  • At least one uncertainty or alternative explanation is recorded.
  • A next learning step is named without prescribing a compound or changing treatment.
